Medical Advice

You are encouraged to call with any medical concerns. Our staff has been trained to answer many of your questions. If you need to speak with a doctor or a nurse during office hours, please be prepared to leave a phone number where you can be reached, and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity. Urgent calls will have first priority. Kindly have the phone number of your pharmacy available. Non-urgent calls will be handled more promptly if you call after 10:00 a.m.

After Hours

One of our physicians is on call 24-hours per day and may be reached by calling our office at (804) 739-8166 or (804) 320-1353. The recording will give you the correct information to assist you in handling your after hours calls, including how we may be reached in the event of an emergency.

We do ask that after hours calls be limited to EMERGENCY AND URGENT CARE SITUATIONS ONLY. Please leave your name and telephone number CLEARLY AND SLOWLY. The physician will return your call as soon as possible.
